2. Hosting & Server Log Files

This website is hosted by Host Europe GmbH (Germany). A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider.

When you access this website, the following data is automatically stored in the host’s server log files: anonymised IP address, date and time of access, accessed URL, volume of data transferred, browser type, and operating system. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in ensuring secure and stable operation). The log files are deleted after 7 days at the latest.

3. Contact via Email or Form

If you contact us, the information you provide (name, email address, company if applicable, message) will be processed exclusively to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into / performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Your data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed, provided that no statutory retention obligations apply. The contact form opens your local email programme; no data is transmitted to a server of this website.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

This website sets no cookies and uses no comparable storage techniques such as local storage or session storage. No analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) are used, and no data is transferred to third parties.

Whether the site is shown in light or dark mode follows your operating system or browser setting automatically (the CSS prefers-color-scheme feature). Nothing is stored on your device and no choice is transmitted. Your language choice (DE/EN) is controlled solely via the requested URL.

As no consent-requiring cookies or storage techniques are used, no cookie banner is required (§ 25(2) TDDDG).

5. No External Services

Fonts are served locally. No external font services (Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts, etc.) are embedded, and no third-party CDN resources that could transmit your IP address are loaded.
